Once I place an order, when will the pies be ready?
Please allow a turn around time of 24 to 48 hours for your order. For rush orders, please contact us via phone.

What are your shipping and delivery policies?
Currently we do not ship our pies and desserts. For a $10 fee we will deliver your order to the greater Los Angeles metro area. Contact us directly for additional information.

Is your site secure?
Orders are securely handled by PayPal and Cartloom.

What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is very important to us. We use your information only for processing payment. We will never sell, rent, or share your information with others.

How long is the pie good for?
I Heart Pies does not use preservatives, so your pie will be good in the fridge four days from time of purchase. Always refrigerate your pie, and always feel free to ask us if you have any questions.

How big are the pies?
We offer three different pie sizes. The large pies (which are great for parties) are 9 inches in diameter. Our medium pies (which are great to share with you and a friend) are 5 inches in diameter, and our small individual pies (perfect just for you) are 3 inches in diameter.

Do you make other desserts?
Yes, our menu is constantly changing, depending on the season. Check back frequently for updates. In addition to pies, we make cookies, cakes, tarts, and other specialty desserts. We can always customize your order if there’s something particular that you want!
